FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

• HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE? •

Unless an item is a preorder, each product is ready to ship! If something is a preorder or requires custom sizing, then it will be made to order. This means that we will start processing your order after we receive it.

 

Processing time could take up to 3-4 weeks for custom-sized/preordered items as we are an independent brand that handmakes every piece with plenty of love! Ready-to-ship items typically go out 2-3 days after the order is placed and will arrive to you 3-7 business days after being shipped out depending on where you’re located. We always ship our packages via UPS.

 

Please have patience with us while we make every product perfect for you! :)

• WHY IS THE COST OF SHIPPING SO HIGH? •

The cost of shipping is to guarantee that you will receive your package intact within 3-4 business days. 7 days is typically the absolute maximum shipping time unless there are delays. As previously stated, we use UPS for all shipments! That way, we can keep track of each order from the time it leaves us until the time that it arrives on your doorstep. If a package is misplaced during its route, we can figure out where and handle it accordingly.

• DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? •

At this time, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges nor do we offer refunds. All items are final sale with no exceptions. If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us via idgpeftmag@gmail.com so we can reach a solution!

• HOW DO I GET MY HANDS ON A CUSTOM PIECE? •

If you are interested in a custom piece, please fill out the CUSTOM PIECES form with your name, custom idea, and sketches or reference photos (if applicable). Custom inquiries can be made via Instagram DMs @idge4t as well!

 

IDGPE4T also offers freestyle pieces and collaborative designs.

• HOW MUCH DOES A CUSTOM PIECE TYPICALLY COST? •

Custom pricing varies on the item, as well as the details that go into each piece. Each custom item begins at $100 and goes up based on the materials needed and how long the piece will take to complete.

 

A deposit is ALWAYS required before we begin and the final payment will be due before the item gets shipped! We accept payments through PayPal or Stripe. These are the same methods that are accepted if you are placing a general order on our website.
